Shipping and delivery
International:
Glam lashes offers free shipping for orders 30KD and above. There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. If the customer refuses to pay for the legal duties and taxes on a shipment, GLAM LASHES Co. is not responsible for the potential repercussions with the postal service.
If the package was not delivered to the customer, due to provision of an incorrect address upon checkout, GLAM LASHES Co. will not be held responsible and will not be able to offer the customer a refund.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our local delivery (In Kuwait) orders are set to a flat fee of 3KWD.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
At Glam Lashes Co. customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, refund and return are not acceptable for hygiene reasons.
we welcome returns under specific conditions.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- All items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns are only eligible for Kuwait orders
- Return items should be unused, unopened and in original condition with all attachments. Returns that are damaged, used or returned without their original case will not be accepted.
- After our team reviews the product which you wish to return, you will be notified whether or not your return request will be accepted, and if the product can be returned.

REFUNDS:
Refund for successfully returned items will be initiated to the original payment method within 1-6 business days (Kuwait)
Original shipping and duties charges will not be refunded. Customs duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
